The building where this project is located belonged to an old logistics platform and underwent extensive works, with project monitoring, in order to transform the space into an unconventional work solution.

It has 18 lofts with areas between 40-90 sqm and many possibilities for the use of common areas – entrance, function room and terrace.

Coworking “Alto de São João” is currently operated by the brand “Sitio”.
