The Sacavém Tower, a project with several challenges both in terms of urban planning and heritage, due to the Medieval Tower whose references date back to the 16th century. XIII and a Cistern, from the Middle Ages.
The main concern is the revitalization and rehabilitation of this block, located in the heart of the city.

Our proposal includes the creation of housing, divided into 2 buildings with a contemporary design and languages and leisure areas.
We believe in the potential of this location and want to contribute to the enhancement and requalification of the space.
